We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join our growing marketing team, to spearhead demand generation efforts from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our pipeline strategy - building targeted programmes to upsell existing users and unlock new strategic accounts.
As a new hire in this evolving marketing function, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we generate and convert demand. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales and product teams, deploying creative, data-driven campaigns across multiple channels and tactics.
We require this candidate to be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity. Initiative, adaptability, and a bias for action are essential within this role. If you’re energised by growth and excited to build from scratch, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Achieve demand generation goals by creating, and executing campaigns that will drive leads, MQLs, and pipeline.
- Run data driven experiments to uplevel our campaigns and processes.
- Be responsible for our defining the appropriate lead stages, correct routing, funnel performance, and pipeline creation for our marketing programs
- Build and optimize repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for campaigns
- Establish the data collection for key demand metrics across the funnel, working closely with our data analysts and using this data to make informed decisions on what experiments to run quarterly to improve account engagement and pipeline creation
- Work closely with reps and sales leadership across the organization to understand business objectives and translate those into impactful programs that achieve desired outcomes
- Everything above and more to help contribute to the team’s main goal of maximizing marketing qualified opportunities and driving pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS environment, supplemented by substantial sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that significantly impact pipeline growth and revenue.
- Ability to provide examples and relevant stats illustrating successful pipeline creation and revenue generation.
- Experience in Product Led Growth (PLG) Initiatives.
- Strong analytical abilities, capable of turning data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Superior communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, with a creative and proactive approach to marketing and sales challenges.
