What do you do at TryHackMe?

I founded Talent Acquisition here at TryHackMe..

My role is to lead the charge in finding and hiring top talent that drives our business forward and reflects our core values. As part of a lean, agile team, I’m focused on delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.

Beyond recruitment, I work across the Talent Acquisition function to refine and scale our processes whilst partnering closely with People and Operations to ensure we're always growing smarter, not just bigger.

When did you join TryHackMe?

I joined in September 2024 as the first TA hire to fast-track our growth across all departments (Software, Product, Content, Marketing, GTM, Operations etc..)

What do you do outside of work?

• You’ll find me playing rugby when my body allows me to 🏉

• Geeking out with some gaming online with friends (PC, PS5) 🎮

• Hiking across the local South Downs with family and/or friends 🥾

• Learning DevSecOps on the TryHackMe platform 🤓

Fun facts

1. I'm a proud Movember Ambassador, and each year I help raise vital funds and awareness for the charity. Over the years, I've taken on some gruelling challenges including 60-mile walks, the Three Peaks Challenge with 60 lbs on my back, and representing the official Mo Rugby team 👨🏻

2. I couldn’t actually speak properly until I was about 6 and now I do it for a living!
