HR Generalist – People & Operations

What do you do at TryHackMe?

I am a HR Generalist at TryHackMe, I help take care of the people side of things—from recruiting and onboarding new team members to making sure everyone has the support they need to grow and do their best work. I handle day-to-day HR tasks, keep policies and processes running smoothly, and work closely with managers and employees to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace. My focus is on making HR approachable, supporting career development, and helping the team feel valued and set up for success.

When did you join TryHackMe?

I joined THM in September 2025.

What do you do outside of work?

I am very passionate about trying new things such as sports and activities to new foods and restaurants. Living in Manchester is great for this as you really have the mix of the countryside close by as well as the wide variety of food 🌿 🍕 🍜

Weekends mostly consist of hiking, going to the gym or catching up with friends and family. I am lucky enough to have 2 nephews, seeing them grow up is pure joy so I like to spend as much time as I can with them.

Fun fact

I grew up on a farm and have 4 sisters and 1 brother. Im a huge animal lover, however my chickens are my favourite, they're called Princess Vivienne, Ian and Ginger 🐔 🐥
