What do you do at TryHackMe?

👋 Hey!

I’m a HR Generalist at TryhackMe.

A little bit about what I do - my role is all about making sure that life at TryHackMe is as good as it can be for everyone here. I cover a pretty broad range of things: employee relations, HR policies and processes, performance management, onboarding new starters, and general people operations. I also handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps everything running smoothly - things like keeping our HR systems up to date, supporting managers with people-related queries and the list goes on!

I'm also really passionate culture building and as a fully remote company I think there's such a brilliant opportunity to build something truly inclusive and connected - no matter where in the world everyone is based. Creating a workplace where people genuinely feel like they belong is something I care about a lot.

When did you join TryHackMe?

I joined TryHackMe in March 2026

What do you do outside of work?

Outside of work I love to travel as much as possible, I always have to have my next flight booked ✈️ I’ll also admit that my guiltiest pleasure for when I’m not working is getting far too drawn into trash TV, with a favourite being, Love is Blind 🫣 I also love to read as much as I can, I even managed to read a book a week last year! 📚

Fun fact

I went on a US road trip last year and drove through 7 states in 10 days! 🇺🇸
