Growth Marketing Manager (Influencers)

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (Influencers) to build and scale TryHackMe’s global influencer ecosystem. This role goes far beyond classic influencer coordination - it's about leveraging creators as a growth engine and brand voice across markets. You'll take ownership of influencer strategy while collaborating across brand, content, and performance marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and user acquisition. You’ll work with creators across cybersecurity, tech, gaming, and education to grow TryHackMe’s presence and relevance in key global communities.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale TryHackMe’s influencer marketing strategy, identifying and partnering with relevant creators in cybersecurity, tech, gaming, and education across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Instagram
- Build strong relationships with nano to macro-influencers, tech educators, streamers, and content creators who align with our mission to make cybersecurity education accessible and engaging
- Develop and launch always-on and campaign-based influencer activations that drive sign-ups, course engagement, and brand awareness
- Implement structured frameworks to track performance (CPA, reach, engagement, sign-ups), continuously optimising for ROI and long-term growth
- Stay ahead of social and creator economy trends to ensure THM’s content remains cutting-edge and community-relevant
- Source, curate, and scale creator-generated content across ads, social media, email, and landing pages
- Identify and manage partnerships with aligned tech or educational brands, building co-branded campaigns or initiatives to amplify reach and relevance in the cybersecurity education space
- Create and publish engaging social media content while actively interacting with followers to grow and nurture the community.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, gaming, or education
- A proven track record of scaling performance-driven influencer programs in B2C or D2C digital products
- Familiarity with the creator economy, with an eye for spotting up-and-coming tech voices, streamers, and educators
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to write or review briefs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — able to manage creators, align stakeholders, and move fast
- An entrepreneurial mindset, able to balance experimentation with performance, creativity with structure
- A passion for technology, cyber security, and learning
