The Role
This is not a traditional Talent Acquisition role.
As one of the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, your specific focus will be to design and build a new hiring engine for TryHackMe’s Content Engineering function.
We are making a shift from:
👉 Continuous permanent hiring
➡️ To a contractor / “room builder” model where we move with the speed of the Cyber market and deliver real-world impactful learning to our customers
This means:
Engaging cyber professionals who stay in their current roles
Bringing them into TryHackMe to contribute via deliverables, content and advisory/researcher work
Building a high-quality, on-demand talent network that we can activate quickly as business needs evolve
Your job is to stand this up from scratch and make it work fast alongside TA and Content leadership.
You’ll work directly with management to shape how this model operates, how we attract talent, and how we scale it globally.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and launch a new cyber talent programme (contractor / room model)
Identify, engage and convert high-quality cyber professionals who are not actively job seeking
Create and scale talent pipelines that can be activated quickly
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand content and capability needs before they arise
Experiment with new sourcing channels, communities and engagement models
Use tools, automation and AI to move fast and operate efficiently
Help shape the employer brand narrative for this new way of working with TryHackMe
What We’re Looking For
Essential
Cyber / Technical Hiring Experience
You’ve recently hired into cyber, security or highly technical roles and understand how this talent thinks and operates.Experience in Fast-Moving Environments

Hiring Process
Stage 1: Intro with TA Lead (25-30 mins)
Stage 2: Short challenge (30–60 mins prep max) then the live interview (circa 45 mins)
Stage 3: Co-Founder Interview (25-30 mins)
Stage 4: Meet & greets with main stakeholders (15 mins)

We are a UK-based People team but open to UK and EU-based candidates for this role.
Some in-person sessions will be required throughout the 6m FTC, but all expenses paid.
